Most people have heard the business phrase, “The customer is always right.” I believe this to a certain extent. I believe that the consumer shouldn’t set the precedent, however we shouldn’t project the outcome of our services provided, based off the differences in a consumer. That means your delivery would constantly be changing, which could possibly stray from your mission statement. To successfully reach a consumer, and gain their investment we need to

focus on what steps would specifically appeal to gaining them in partnership. Not so much the completion of an individual transaction.

In other words, instead of focusing on how much money people can make you, focus on how much money you can make together. Eliminate any biases you have, going into a business agreement. Because having a closed mind, can box you out of unique opportunities. In return, stunting the growth of your business. Not every customer is going to be right for you, but the goal is to properly evaluate what is going to be the most effective outcome for them. In a timely manner.

The truth is, if you have a solid game plan, and integrity within any company, no matter the position you hold, your going to be successful. Because you will properly balance the weights. Sometimes you have to let go of dead weight in order to go higher. Even if that means turning a customer away, because you may not offer what they need.

Most people are going to appreciate you not waisting there time, because as they say, “Time is Money”. If your serious, clear, and concise on what you supply, they should be as well, when they engage you with a need. Their are many people who shop for services, or products, who can’t express what they need. Interpersonal skills are a must when handling customer service transactions. If you can’t relate to people, your not going to be to provide good business. In return, your clientele, as well as your inventory will suffer.

Part of customer relations, is putting yourself in the other persons place. Understanding what they are trying to communicate. In order to develop a common ground, and to reach a mutual gain. I saw a meme over a year ago, that said “I was taught to treat the janitor the same as the CEO.” I felt that. All my life I’ve been looked down on for different things, even when I had the right to look up. People will constantly try to exalt themselves to the level of status they aspire to reach, or have already achieved. When in reality, life never remains the same. Things can go anyway & shift at anytime.

That being said, In order to be the head of a successful business, you have to be able to see where the consumer is coming from. Or they won’t want to start, or continue to consume from you. Learn how people “feed”, in order to best serve them. For the believers out there, The Living Word of God says, “If you love me, feed my sheep” (John 21:17) Well for the rest of the World, “If you love money, feed the people”. Their is a Biblical principle behind everything, if you seek it, you can find it.

On the other end of that, In order for a consumer or employee to one day become the head of a company or a business owner; they would need to understand what it takes to be accountable at that level. Either way, it takes time, wisdom, and commitment to be successful. No one is greater than anyone, because we all can be great. And Everyone can be Anyone! The Good News (Living Word) also says, “The Humble Shall be Exalted” (Luke 14:11) Believe it, if you want to receive it!
