Over doing things, can be a response to trauma. So when your easily triggered you can tend to always "over do it". Recognize your triggers, so you can reduce your anxiety by accepting that you may not have control over every situation, but you do have control over yourself. I believe in giving the situation to God. Although It can be easier said than done.

The wisdom I've received from experience is undeniable. I do believe wisdom is better than gold. Many gems, stones, and rubies, lie beneath the earth. Diamonds are forever they say. All that being said, there are some things I've learned through living my life, knowledge I've acquired, that I wouldn't trade for any amount of money. Some things you need to know, in order to even accumulate your finance; and other things you need to know in order to survive.

There have been so many times in my life that I wish I would have just stopped talking. I'm a strong willed, educated, intelligent, and tenacious man. I'm passionate about doing the right thing, and doing right by people. I've always felt as if I carried a "fire" on my tongue. Words are truly powerful. There were situations where my words saved the day. Wether spoken or written. Then there were times, where they hung me out to dry, or tied the rope that dragged me back into the pit. So I've found, you have to have wisdom in using your words.

I've written so many letters, essays, articles, papers, short stories, poetry, songs, case studies, contracts, profiles, etc. since childhood. My writing excelled even in elementary school. I was selected for special writing classes. I did a rewrite of one of Langston Hughes autobiographies, and turned it into a play. Then went on to select the cast, and direct.

I was tested in middle school, and was already reading and writing on a college level. In High School my 'Acrostic Poetry board 'that stemmed from watching "Roots" in Honors History, was selected by the teacher to remain within the school. To hang for other students to see as a example for future projects. I excelled in Honors English as well. Reading & writing were always easy for me. I felt gifted in those areas because I always over excelled in them.

I went on to graduate High School early and jumped straight into college. My entrance essay, allowed me to skip straight into English ll. I learned early on that reading was fundamental, and knowledge really is power. It opens doors that no man can close. Some people really struggle to read & write as children, and as adults. I've tutored both. I believe they can be gifts, that God happens to give. I love to read, and use to get lost in books as a kid, libraries, and loved to do research.

Everyone has different talents, beliefs, and abilities. I just happen to believe In being empowered by my Creator, because everyone doesn't share the same gifts, but I believe we can all tap into to the same power. If you just believe.

We can share our gifts, and teach other people how to use them, with the tools they already have.

So many people doubt themselves, or struggle with identity. I have all my life, and it almost cost me my life. I almost took my life. My life was almost taken.

However the 'Word' of God, has always been a shield and a sword for me. It's given me so much knowledge & wisdom, and Power. It anchored me in so many storms. That if I never spoke or heard another word, I would go to my grave satisfied, that I know His. Knowing I will always have it. Knowing He never went back on it....
